Sheikh Mohamed of UAE to Begin State Visit to China on May 30

UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al-Nahyan is set to embark on a state visit to China on May 30, following an invitation from Chinese President Xi Jinping. The discussions between the two leaders will focus on strengthening bilateral relations in various aspects such as economic, developmental, and cultural ties, as reported by the state news agency WAM.

During his visit, Sheikh Mohamed will also take part in the celebrations commemorating the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the UAE and China. Additionally, he will participate in the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum.

Prior to his visit to China, the UAE leader will also have a two-day state visit to South Korea, at the invitation of President Yoon Suk Yeol. The discussions between the two leaders in South Korea will revolve around exploring opportunities for collaboration in sectors like trade, investment, energy, and technology.

This visit underscores the commitment of the UAE to strengthen its ties with key partners in the region and beyond. It highlights the importance of fostering strong relationships between nations to promote mutual growth and development.
