BenQ has announced the upcoming launch of the RD Series, the world’s first line of monitors tailored specifically for programmers. With a focus on meeting the unique needs of developers, the RD Series is equipped with BenQ-exclusive Fine-Coated Panel technology that offers advanced anti-glare and anti-reflective properties ideal for long hours of coding.
The displays in the RD Series are designed to enhance programming productivity with an advanced coding mode that delivers crystal-clear fonts for improved code visibility. The Coding HotKey feature allows programmers to easily switch to the coding mode, promoting a focused state of flow.
To ensure maximum comfort and efficiency while coding, the RD Series features a MoonHalo backlight design that provides elegant illumination and customizable settings for brightness, color temperature, and light mode. Additionally, the monitors are equipped with Night Hours Protection technology to safeguard eye health during low-light settings.
Expected to launch in the first half of 2024, the RD Series will include various models with different aspect ratios and screen sizes to accommodate different coding preferences. The monitors also offer features like default KVM, Multi-Stream Transport technology, and Display Pilot 2 software for enhanced productivity.
