68K-SF Lease Added at 1180 Avenue of the Americas

1180 Avenue of the Americas, located in Midtown, has secured two new long-term leases with prominent organizations. SelfHelp Community Services, a nonprofit dedicated to serving older and vulnerable adults, has signed a lease for 45,689 square feet on the second and third floors to establish its new headquarters. Additionally, the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), a nonprofit that oversees voluntary consensus standards, will occupy 22,819 square feet on the 10th floor.

The leasing transactions were facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield’s Mark Boisi, Bryan Boisi, Michael Baraldi, and Harry Blair, representing the landlord, Northwood Investors. The property has recently undergone significant capital improvements, including a renovated entrance, lobby, and façade, as well as the addition of a penthouse amenity featuring an outdoor terrace and interior space.

Mark Boisi highlighted the benefits that tenants of the building enjoy, such as its convenient accessibility and proximity to public transportation, as well as the top-notch amenities offered in the penthouse facility. Boisi emphasized that the building provides a variety of dynamic spaces suitable for both business and leisure, making it an ideal choice for a diverse range of tenants.
