A stunning Brutalist Tropical Home nestled in the rice fields of Bali is a masterpiece crafted by Patisandhika Sidarta and designer Daniel Mitchell of Sidarta and Sandjaja. This unique home boasts large open-air spaces and a multi-level layout, complete with a hammock in the living room for ultimate relaxation next to a tree growing right through the concrete floor.

In Osaka Prefecture, Japan, the Melt House, designed by SAI Architectural Design Office, showcases a narrow residence where nature is seamlessly integrated indoors. A double-height courtyard, enclosed for year-round use, features a tree planted in a gravel pit in front of a large window, creating an outdoor feel indoors.

Casa Cachalotes, a family home designed by Oscar Gonzalez Moix, draws inspiration from its lush surroundings by bringing the beauty of nature inside. The double-height living space features skylights that bathe the indoor garden, complete with plants and a tree, in natural light throughout the day.

House with a Margin, a creation by yukawa design lab in Ibaraki, Japan, focuses on elements like light, wind, greenery, colors, and activities. An inner atrium with a double-height space and a wall of windows showcases a central tree that reaches up to the second floor, providing a natural ambiance visible from all interior spaces.
